1. Introduction
This privacy policy describes how New Generation Hostel collects, uses, protects and shares the personal information of customers, in accordance with the provisions of articles 13 and 14 of the European Regulation n.679 / 2016, with particular reference to the time of access to the website. and / or to the online contact request and further moments of interaction with the customer.
Client is the one who visits the hostels, uses the website and otherwise interacts with New Generation Hostel.
The owner of the processing of personal data is the New Generation Hostel entity located in the country where the personal data is collected.
Many New Generation Hostel hostels are owned by affiliated entities and managed by them, independently. This privacy policy does not apply to such affiliated entities or to the websites or mobile apps operated by them. 2. The nature of the Personal Data processed
The personal data being processed are all personal information of customers. The collection of personal data may take place on the occasion of a visit to one of the New Generation Hostel facilities, or on the occasion of a visit to the website and / or mobile apps ("online services") and / or any other interaction with New Generation Hostel (collectively, "services").   • information on the number and type of travel document (eg passport or identity card), the expiry date and the country of issue;
  • information relating to your personal choices regarding the services offered;
  • information on the purchase of products available at the hostel;
  • information relating to posts and messages posted on social media directed to New Generation Hostel, when the interaction takes place via social media;
  • information relating to one's personal taste and personal feedback, especially when responding to specific requests for feedback or participation in customer surveys;
  • information on preferred locations and / or management of contact preferences;
  • information relating to the use of the website or mobile app, such as accommodation searches;
  • information about your personal computer or personal mobile device, such as the operating system, the type of browser or device, the Internet Protocol (IP) address assigned to the device;
  • information on the personal bank account, or on the expenses incurred, or relating to a request for compensation or reimbursement of expenses, in case of interruption of the stay;
  • transaction information, including information on purchased products, prices, payment method and payment details;

  • profile information, including preferred products and services, or preferred times for direct or web contacts;
  • other personal information.
(b) information collected through automated methods - New Generation Hostel may use an automated technology to collect information from the user's computer or mobile device, when visiting a facility or when using any of the services offered online or through the technology present inside the hostel. Automated technology can include cookies, local shared objects, and web beacons. Below is further information on cookies and other technologies in Section 8. We may collect the following personal information from the user:
  • Internet Protocol (IP) address;
  • computer or mobile device operating system and browser type;
  • type of mobile device and its settings;
  • unique device identifier (UDID) or mobile device identifier (MEID) for your mobile device;
  • serial numbers of the device and components;
  • advertising identifiers (for example, IDFA and IFA) or similar identifiers;
  • referring website (a site that led you to ours) or application;
  • online activity on other websites, applications or social media;
  • direct communications to New Generation Hostel or concerning it on social media;

Online services and on-site technology may allow the collection of information about the exact location of your mobile device or computer using geo-location and technology such as GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or proximity to cell towers. (c) information collected from other sources - New Generation Hostel may collect user information from other companies and organizations or through direct acquisition of publicly available data. For example, when interacting through social media.

3. Purpose of the treatment
Users' personal data is collected to allow:

It will be possible to use the user's personal data also in other ways, highlighted from time to time at the time of collection and for which specific consent will be requested from time to time. In any case, personal information is not shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, except in the case in which the user expressly gives his consent, and in any case preserving the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.

4. Provision of Personal Data
Taking into account the purposes of the processing as illustrated above, the provision of data is voluntary, but its failure, partial or incorrect provision may have, as a consequence, the impossibility of providing the requested information and / or fulfilling the various requests of the user.

5. Information on the privacy of minors
The online services are not intended to be used by or intended for persons under the age of 16. 6. User rights
Each user can, at any time, exercise the rights:

7. How to exercise the right to interrupt the processing of personal data and close the personal account
